Prominent national law firm is in need of a Residential Real Estate Paralegal for the Miami or Fort Lauderdale office.
The Residential Real Estate Paralegal will:
-Have 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm environment
-Review and draft real estate documents, such as deeds, leases, assignments, promissory notes etc. for residential condominium transactions
-Communicate directly with attorneys, clients, outside counsel and vendors on active matters as necessary to resolve issues and keep projects on track
-Prepare title insurance commitments and policies
-Prepare and organize closing documents for execution and circulation
-Attend and participate in closings
