Salary: £25,000 – £35,000
Remote working
Head Office – Manchester (2nd office – London)
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a pro-active Paralegal at a thriving boutique law firm. They are ideally looking for a driven person with real estate litigation experience.
Real Estate Litigation Paralegal responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents for real estate litigation cases
Conduct research on property records and legal issues
Support attorneys with trial preparation and court filings
Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties
Maintain organised case files and documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in real estate litigation and property dispute matters
A desire to build a long-term career in real estate litigation and grow their expertise
Previous experience with case management systems
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks
Strong
attention to detail
