About the Opportunity: – Quali-T LLC is a U.S.-based virtual staffing company that connects skilled professionals with U.S. law firms. – We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant or Paralegal in the Philippines to support attorneys who handle real estate law, evictions, and landlord-tenant cases. – This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone with legal experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of legal processes. Responsibilities: – You will help attorneys with preparing eviction notices and legal documents. – You will help attorneys with drafting complaints, motions, and court filings. – You will help attorneys with reviewing contracts and legal documents. – You will help attorneys with supporting real estate closings and title work. – You will help attorneys with preparing demand letters and settlement documents. – You will help attorneys with reviewing medical records and creating case summaries. – You will help attorneys with monitoring court dockets and deadlines. – You will help attorneys with conducting legal research. – You will help attorneys with organizing case files and providing administrative support. Qualifications: – Experience working in a law firm or legal environment. – Experience supporting U.S. attorneys preferred. – Knowledge of real estate law, evictions, or landlord-tenant matters. – Experience using CLIO or similar legal software. – Strong English communication skills. – Excellent organization and attention to detail. – Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
