Your Superpowers Include:
Contract Connoisseurship: You’ll redline, draft, and negotiate contracts like a legal ninja—catching every clause, comma, and caveat.
Communication Wizardry: You’ll be the voice behind polished legal correspondence and articulate internal updates, making legalese understandable (and dare we say… enjoyable?).
Organizational Magic: Calendars? Deadlines? Document management? You’ve got it under control like a spreadsheet sorcerer.
Counsel Whispering: You’ll support our in-house legal counsel with everything from research to project management (possibly snacks too, but only if you’re nice).
Corporate Know-How: You understand the dynamics of a corporate legal department and know how to keep the legal gears turning smoothly across departments.
Must-Haves:
3–5 years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal environment (Healthcare experience is a golden ticket).
Deep knowledge of contract lifecycle management, legal processes, and how to speak fluent “redline.”
Exceptional communication skills (bonus if you’ve ever explained indemnity to a non-lawyer without anyone crying).
The ability to work onsite in the Philadelphia area. This is not a remote gig—we need your energy in the room!
