We are seeking a Lawyer to join our expanding reputable practice and provide legal advice and representation to clients regarding Real Estate matters.
Duties and responsibilities
Draft and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and deeds.
Represent clients in real estate transactions and negotiations.
Provide legal advice on property management, zoning laws, and property taxes.
Handle real estate litigation issues, such as boundary disputes and title issues.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as real estate agents and architects, to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Keep clients informed about the status of their cases and provide guidance on legal rights and obligations.
Requirements and skills
LLB or Juris Doctor.
A licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
3+ years of experience in Real Estate Law.
Strong written communications skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
Ability to work independently.
