We are working with a growing Law Firm, looking for a Real Estate Law Partner to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 8+ years of experience, with 300k+ of portable business.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Real Estate Law experience
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- 300k+ of portable business
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New York
Responsibilities:
- Represent and defend clients in lawsuits involving personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death within a real estate context.
- Provide expert counsel on complex real estate matters, including contract drafting, commercial negotiations, and high-stakes commercial disputes.
- Actively maintain and grow your existing client base, contributing to the firm’s expansion and long-term revenue goals.
The annual salary for this position is between 250k-300k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
