Salary: $400,000 – $600,000 per year
A bit about us:
Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeking to add an experienced Real Estate Partner to their team. The ideal candidate will have 10 + years of real estate lending experience.
Experience with
construction lending, specifically syndicated lending, is a must have!! Having a book of business is preferred (not required) for this role.

Job Details
Requirements:
10 + years of Complex Commercial Real Estate Finance Transactions (Representing the Lender side)
Solid background in New Construction Lending (Syndicated Lending required – Multiple Lenders)
Experience Representing Institutions making complex commercial loans (secured by a range of commercial real property types – including construction loans and term debt)
Knowledge of Affordable Housing Transactions is a plus!
Experience with and closing High-level, Large, Complex loans that are in the 100’s of millions
Experience with revolving lines of credit, bond refinancing, affordable housing transactions, construction loan & permanent loan, as well as distress real estate workouts, etc. is ideal
