Essential Duties and *

Draft intricate loan documentation accurately reflecting the terms agreed upon by all parties.

Conduct thorough due diligence, reviewing title, survey, and organizational documents to identify and mitigate risks.

Meticulously maintain and update closing checklists to manage transactions from inception through to closure, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and client-specific requirements.

Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of attorneys, fostering a positive client experience and supporting the firm’s strategic goals.

Represent both bank and non-bank lenders in negotiations and settlement, ensuring all financial and legal aspects are clear and well-managed.

Minimum Position *

Must hold a JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic results.

Required admission to the Bar in Georgia.

A minimum of 2-4 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate finance law, preferably in a significant law firm setting.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal analyses and articulate legal arguments proficiently.

Proven track record of diligence and a strong work ethic in a high-stakes environment.

Preferred *

Experience representing large financial institutions in real estate transactions.

Advanced certification or training in real estate finance law.

Practical experience in the application of technology in legal practice to optimize efficiency.
