The Baltimore office of Mc Guire Woods  seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join its Real Estate & Land Use Department.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years commercial real estate finance experience in sophisticated law firm setting.
The ideal candidate will have large firm commercial real estate experience representing lending institutions in affordable housing matters.
Experience agency financing transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is preferred.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
MD Bar is required.
