We’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to assist with residential property closings, in partnership with our AI-enhanced legal support systems.
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinkingReal Estate Lawyer to handle closing procedures on residential property transactions. You’ll work alongside our in-house team and AI-enhanced tools to ensure accurate documentation, timely registration, and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for a lawyer seeking a flexible, low-overhead partnership—we provide the clients, you focus on the legal work.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle residential real estate closings, including title searches, contract reviews, and registration
Review and finalize document drafts (purchase agreements, title transfers, mortgage docs, etc.)
Coordinate with realtors, brokers, mortgage agents, and clients to ensure timely closings
Advise clients on legal aspects of their property transaction
Assist in refining and validating AI tools designed to simplify legal workflows
Ensure compliance with relevant provincial and federal real estate laws
Protect client confidentiality and uphold professional legal standards
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the provincial Law Society
Minimum 2 years of experience handling residential property closings
Strong attention to detail and familiarity with real estate legal documents
Willingness to engage with AI tools and offer feedback on their performance
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Positive attitude and adaptability in a tech-driven environment
Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours based on file volume
No client acquisition required – leads provided
Compensation:
Pre-negotiated flat fee per closing
Long-term opportunity for consistent work volume
