Real Estate Attorney – Title Processor Jobs in Fort Mill, South Carolina, USA at Tracey Reynolds
Tracey Reynolds Real Estate Law Group is a real estate law firm conducting residential and commercial closings in both SC and NC. The team consists of 9 support team members and 2 attorneys. This role involves reviewing title exams and coordinating and administering curative title measures. This position will require extensive training on title review which incorporates real estate, corporate, probate, bankruptcy, and family court law.
This position will provide training on all aspects of the closing process which will allow for additional responsibilities in the overall residential and commercial closing process. No experience is necessary. SC law license required.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough review of title exams and work closely with title abs tractors.
Identify and assist in curative title measures.
Prepare title opinions/commitments.
Assist in due diligence title tasks for Commercial Closings.
Utilize GIS tools to gather and assess property data.
Collaborate closely with closing attorneys and title company attorneys.
