Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active, in-good-standing state bar membership.
- 2-7+ years of experience in real estate litigation or landlord-tenant law preferred.
- Strong litigation and trial experience in high-volume UD practice.
- Exceptional legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active cases efficiently.
- Familiarity with property management operations is a plus.
