Real Estate Attorney – North Palm Beach Area
We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Attorney with one of our esteemed law firm clients located in the North Palm Beach area. Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage two paralegals throughout real estate closings.
Address and resolve any legal issues that arise during closings.
Provide expert legal counsel to clients on real estate transactions.
Ensure all documentation and processes are handled in compliance with real estate law.
Coordinate with clients, agents, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth closings.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000, based on experience.
Bonus Structure:
Monthly bonuses tied to closings and property value (the higher the property value, the higher the bonus!).
Year-End Productivity Bonus:
Based on your origination of business and supervision of paralegals.
Health Insurance:
Firm covers 75% of the premium.
Dental Coverage:
Included.
Work-Life Balance:
No billable hour requirements, and office hours are 9 AM to 6 PM.
Hybrid Flexibility:
Work remotely when closings are not active.
Holidays: 12 paid holidays annually.
Qualifications:
J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Florida Bar license.
Experience in real estate law, with a focus on closings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interview Process:
Virtual Interview:
Initial virtual meeting via Teams with the Office Administrator.
In-Person Interview:
Meeting with the firm owner and paralegals to assess compatibility and team fit.
