JD or similar plus
3-5+ Years of Real Estate Attorney experience
Experience representing commercial estate owners in the development, purchase, sale, and financing of real estate properties
Excellent negotiation and writing skills required to handle complex real estate transactions
Ability to work out of Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati offices
