Position Overview
Immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 1 – 3 years’ real estate finance practice experience based in the Charlotte office. While the ideal candidate will have concentrated practice experience representing financial, investment and other lending institutions in connection with the financing of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial warehouses and storage facilities, multifamily housing, and other types of commercial properties (CMBS and / or CLO lending a plus), all candidates are encouraged to apply.
