The Loch Group has an opening for an experienced Real Estate Attorney in Houston, TX. This position is with one of our growing law firm clients.
Base pay range
$/yr – $/yr
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, and finance agreements.
Research and advise on real estate law, land use, and regulatory matters affecting development projects.
Perform title and survey review, and other types of due diligence.
Assist with corporate governance and compliance as needed.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Texas.
1-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably in a law firm.
Proficiency in estate transactions, including acquisitions and developer agreements.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
