Real Estate Transactional Attorney
Location: Onsite in Hartford, CT

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Experience with real estate development matters.
- Experience with office, retail, and/or industrial leasing.
- Experience with closings, title, surveys, and real estate due diligence.
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and transaction/closing procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Active Connecticut Bar admission required.
Pay: $140,000.00 – $168,000.00 per year
