Overview
Faegre Drinker is recruiting an associate for the transactional Real Estate practice group at its Florham Park, New Jersey office. The associate will work on real estate matters across the country.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Three to six years of experience in commercial real estate law, including drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, lease agreements and financing documents.
- Experience with land use approvals and contingencies is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and very strong academic credentials.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated initial annual salary range is $225,000 – $280,000, with potential variations based on skill, experience, and location. Salary is part of a total compensation package that includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Work Schedule
All attorneys, consulting professionals and paraprofessionals are required to work from a Faegre Drinker office three days per week, balancing in‑person collaboration with flexibility and work‑life balance.
