What You Will Be Doing
Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Interact with clients as a counselor and advisor.
Experience You Will Need
1-4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department concentrating on commercial real estate transactions.
Strong drafting, research, analytical, and writing skills.
Ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to work successfully with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients.
Candidate must be licensed or attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio.
