Real Estate Analyst Manager Jobs in Remote at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC
Small, well-established (41 years) general practice with concentration in Real Estate and Civil Litigation seeks Full-Time Associate admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with relevant litigation / courtroom experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses / requests, agreements and correspondence;
negotiating settlements; and,
routine Court appearances including mediation, motion practice and trial work.
Ideal candidate:
is comfortable co-managing cases as part of a collegial team in a deadline-oriented environment;
welcomes daily client communication; and,
has working knowledge of Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience plus benefits. Automobile required.
