How will you make a difference?
As the Corporate Legal Administrator, you will support Wabtec’s Corporate Legal team in a variety of administrative and legal billing matters. This position reports directly to the General Counsel.
What do we want to know about you?
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CounselLink preferred
Detail oriented, accurate, and able to prioritize multiple complex projects with high level of effectiveness
Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication, presentation and critical thinking skills
Proactive, self-motivated, self-directed, and flexible
Strong commitment to integrity and professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
Active Pennsylvania Notary status desirable
Minimum 5 years’ experience working at a law firm or in a corporate legal department
Bachelor’s degree preferred
What will your typical day look like?
Provide calendar management and meeting scheduling for Chief Legal Officer
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking domestic and international, flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Manage and process travel and other expenses timely
Assist with conference planning and logistics management
Prepare presentations, communications, reports and spreadsheets
Manage the engagement, budgeting, and payment of law firms and Legal vendors through Wabtec’s Legal billing systems, including CounselLink, Esker and Coupa systems
Coordinate with Legal, Treasury, Operations, Accounts Payable and Finance teams on inquiries from law firms and Legal vendors regarding invoices
Coordinate with Finance to provide monthly and quarterly accruals of outstanding Legal Fees
Manage the on-boarding of Legal Vendors through Wabtec’s Supplier Portal platform HICX
Assist with issuance and management of document retention notices and legal holds through CounselLink, including coordination with IT to maintain assets and documents subject to legal holds
Support on-going maintenance and updating of the Company’s Minute Books as needed
Serve as an active member of the Pittsburgh executive administrative team; including supporting facilities, vendors, supplies and space-related needs
Engage in special projects as requested
Complete other duties as assigned

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between
$54,700.00-$72,500.00
The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
