What You’ll Do:
Manage a mix of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases from intake to resolution
Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and appear at hearings
Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, and medical providers
Negotiate settlements and push cases forward with strategy and heart
Work closely with a team of sharp, supportive women who have your back
Who You Are:
Licensed (or soon to be) in Missouri
Bonus points if also licensed in Illinois
1–3 years of experience in injury or comp law preferred — or defense-side experience with a desire to fight for people instead of insurance companies
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and motivated
Committed to helping people navigate tough times with confidence and dignity
