Job Description:
As a QA Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client’s SaaS product. Leveraging your extensive experience in QA testing, you will drive testing efforts and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the product and documenting test scenarios. You need to test methodologies, critical thinking, and a passion for excellence.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with 5 years of experience and hands-on expertise in testing DocuSign integrations and workflows. The role involves creating and executing test cases, validating eSignature processes, and ensuring end-to-end document lifecycle quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
ISTQB certification will be an added advantage.
5 years of experience as functional QA, with a proven track record of delivering high- quality test results.
Critical and analytical thinking and ability to perform hands-on manual testing in an agile development framework
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience leading testing efforts for complex software projects, including the development of test strategies and test plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Skills:
Strong manual testing experience (web & mobile)
Experience testing DocuSign features, templates, APIs, and workflows
Familiarity with tools like Postman, JIRA, TestRail
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and bug lifecycle
Basic SQL for backend validation
Nice to Have:
Experience in document management or eSignature platforms.
ISTQB certification.
Understanding of compliance and security testing.
