We are currently looking to hire a Handover Supervisor (Real Estate / Construction Background)
Work Location: Al khobar, KSA
About the role:
Handover Supervisor is responsible to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and finishing of all the units before handover as per quality standards. He instructs and supervises the technicians / workers to address the identified issues before handover
Responsibilities:
Receive instructions from the manager regarding handover plan of units
Inspect the units as per the standard quality checklist and supervise technicians to address the identified issues
Make appointments with customers and assist them with unit inspection. Make a checklist of all the identified customer concerns
Ensure that all the concerns are addressed before the agreed handover date
Support manager in handover meeting and formalities
Escalate issues to manager if required
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
