Hybrid Opportunity for Experienced Litigation Attorney!
Salary: $140,000 – $175,000
Mid-sized women-owned education law firm with statewide practice representing school and community college districts seeks an attorney to join its Litigation and Board Ethics, Transparency and Accountability practice groups. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience in litigation, including representation of public entities in civil writs
Experience with governance and accountability issues including open meeting and public records requirements
Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters
Experience presenting before governing boards is preferred
Prior school district representation is a plus
Admission to the California State Bar
The anticipated annual salary wage range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $140,000 – $175,000. The final annual salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience in the job, type and years of experience in the industry, education, and other factors.
