Duties
- Review and draft agreements, including public agency and municipal contracts.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.

- Support attorneys with transactional and advisory matters for public agency clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, public officials, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in public agency or municipal law.
- Excellent writing, research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic, self‑starter, and team‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage matters independently and interface directly with public officials and staff.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
