Counsel | Public Finance (Los Angeles)
Direct Counsel is seeking a Public Finance Counsel to join a highly regarded Infrastructure Group at a top law firm in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in public finance or project finance, acting as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel (preferably on project finance transactions), lender’s counsel, and/or sponsor/equity counsel. Experience with transportation, water/wastewater, and public building projects is highly preferred.

8+ years of experience in public finance/project finance
Strong background in bond transactions and infrastructure-related financings
California Bar membership required
Excellent academic credentials
Superior research and writing skills
Partner-level candidates are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those who have a proven ability to develop business or bring a portable book of clients

The salary range for this role is $175,000 to $230,000 annually, with actual compensation based on qualifications and experience.
