Job Overview
The Litigation Support position plays a crucial role in assisting our field support teams with various tasks related to case preparation and management. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong awareness of legal documentation, particularly those who are passionate about supporting litigation processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is entered accurately, organized, and readily accessible, while also providing administrative support to the staff.
Duties
Conduct thorough attention to detail of legal documents to support ongoing cases and support efforts.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records within the agency office’s databases.
Utilize PST software for case management and billing purposes.
Collaborate with team members on various projects
Organize and maintain files, ensuring that all documents are managed properly according to processes.
Flexible to support courier task as needed.
Skills
Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with legal terminology and processes, particularly in the context of litigation.
Experience using PST or similar legal management software is preferred. (Not Required).
Strong writing skills for drafting documents and correspondence effectively.
Ability to conduct comprehensive research efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Background or interest in law or litigation process is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members professionally.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
