Public Defender Attorney IV Jobs in Richland, SC at Richland County Government
We are looking for a full-time paralegal, law clerk, legal assistant or legal secretary with a minimum of 2 years of legal work experience in Family Law. Applicant must be dependable and able to work autonomously. Must be able to multi-task. This is a fast-paced position which requires an experienced individual. Please do not apply unless you have the required experience.
The applicant must have experience in all areas of law office procedure such as calendaring/scheduling, client interaction, billing, e-filing and well versed in preparing motions/pleadings, discovery, deposition and trial preparation, all with minimal supervision. You should have the knowledge and experience to work a case from beginning to end.
Compensation will depend on experience.
