Job Summary

Receptionist/legal secretary needed for a fast-paced family law office. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in law office. Notary is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Secretary shall have extensive client contact, answering telephones, scheduling for multiple attorneys and paralegals, and maintaining files

Qualifications and Skills

Must have a minimum of two years of general office experience.
