2. About the Opportunity:
The Provider Management Analyst I is tasked with verifying provider information and managing documentation requests necessary for claims auditing. This role ensures accuracy in patient, provider, and client information to facilitate proper handling of requests, contributing to the integrity and efficiency of the audit process.
3. Responsibilities:
- Verify provider, patient, and client information for accuracy
- Communicate issues or problems to leadership
- Maintain production standards and quality
- Assist team members to meet product goals
- Forward misdirected requests promptly
- Maintain strict confidentiality of medical records and personal information
- Perform outbound calls as needed
- Complete additional assigned duties
4. Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in office environments
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows OS
- Experience with outbound calling
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Pay Range: $13.94 – $20.27 per hour
- Compensation varies based on location, experience, qualifications, and market conditions
