We are seeking a highly-motivated, professional individual who can handle the fast-paced environment of our family law firm.
We prefer a full-time employee, but we will make part-time accommodations for those completing higher education.
You must have excellent people skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a law firm or other professional office setting.
Responsibilities include:
Answering and returning phone calls
Scheduling appointments for multiple attorneys
Keeping up with basic office duties, such as filing and scanning documents
Data entry for the billing of multiple attorneys
Making trips to the courthouse to file pleadings as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Paralegals & Legal Assistants: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
Office Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
