Provider Contract Analyst Jobs in Pennsylvania at Highmark Inc.

Boutique Matrimonial and Family Law Firm is seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) Office Manager for the Manhattan Office located on 57th Street.

This is not a work-from-home position, and all working hours will be in-office.

Preferred work schedule is: Mondays – Thursdays from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM; Fridays from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Pay rate is $30/hour for the first 8 weeks; there will be an 8-week performance appraisal, and opportunity for pay increase to $35/hour; there will be a 12-week performance appraisal with opportunity for pay increase to $40/hour.

Compensation:

$30 – $40 hourly

Responsibilities:

Job Roles and Responsibilities include:

Mail Processing
Managing mail e-mail inbox
Depositing checks
Management of legal discovery logs
Drafting/dispatching Subpoena Duces Tecums
Telephone coverage
Invoicing
Data entry (attorney billed time)
Managing weekly reports for billed time and client payments
Calendar management coverage
Qualifications:

Candidate must be willing and able to commute to office – this is not a work-from-home role. Candidate must be comfortable working independently. Candidate must be technologically savvy (including but not limited to excel proficiency, Mac proficiency, and printer/scanner proficiency).
