Now Hiring: Tax, Trusts, and Estates Associate Attorney – Pittsburgh, PA
Location: 100% In-Office | Downtown Pittsburgh
Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 base + performance-based bonus opportunity
Pen Pioneer, on behalf of a highly respected law firm in Pittsburgh, is seeking an experienced Tax, Trusts, and Estates Associate Attorney to join a top-ranked private client group serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
Draft complex estate plans with careful consideration of estate, gift, and income tax implications
Manage trust and estate administrations from probate through final distributions
Prepare federal and state estate, gift, inheritance, and fiduciary income tax returns
Conduct advanced legal research and produce high-quality memoranda and client communications
Maintain strong relationships with clients while providing proactive and strategic legal counsel
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in estate and tax planning (preferably with high-net-worth clients)
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Pennsylvania Bar admission is required
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $160,000
