POSITION DESCRIPTION: Candidate is responsible for over-the-counter and telephone entries as well as racing office duties. Candidate will enforce paddock dress code. Candidate oversees paddock operations. Candidate must perform tasks assigned under PA Horse Racing Rules. Candidate will contribute to the Racing Department team by overseeing and accomplishing all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate will have knowledge of rules and regulations of thoroughbred horse racing. Candidate must have knowledge of the PA Rules of Racing. Candidate also, must be available to work flexible hours as well. Candidate is required to be able to obtain/maintain a Pennsylvania Racing License.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years experience in thoroughbred horse racing. Computer experience required.
