As of February 12th, a progressive law firm seeks a Proposal Manager to join the Proposals Team and play a leadership role regarding the organization and execution of the firm’s responses to client opportunities. This position will involve:
Advising attorneys and Business Development professionals on pitch development, conducting internal and external research, and developing key messaging.
Analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies, and ensuring the firm puts forward compelling and consistent content.
Mentoring and training other team members and identifying means of enhancing the team’s efficiency and success.
Providing well-crafted responses to RFPs, pitches, and proposals.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience, including a keen interest in proposal management.
Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work proactively.
Strong technical skills and a keen client service focus.
