Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of litigation experience
- Active Georgia (GA), South Carolina (SC), and North Carolina (NC) bar licenses
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
- Insurance defense experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage cases and work effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Key Responsibilities
- Handle commercial property tax litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research, case analysis, hearings, negotiations, and litigation strategy.
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Receive mentorship and training while developing expertise in property tax litigation.
