We are looking for a Community Supervisor (Residential Operation and Maintenance)
Location: Riyadh, KSA
About the role: Experience in real estate development or construction environment. To oversee and manage day-to-day operations of residential communities.
Must have:
Bachelor degree in Public relations or business administration
Citizenship or a work permit in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all community facilities and common areas.
Respond to resident inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and security services in the community.
Ensure all community services are delivered in compliance with policies, contracts, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on reported issues or required improvements.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance logs, resident interactions, and contractor performance.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams for timely delivery
Provide regular reports to the Community Manager on operations, resident issues, and improvement plans.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning for community operations.
Main Work Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate development or construction environment.
Familiarity with quality standards, construction codes, and testing procedures.
