Position

Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Paralegal to join a dynamic team in Central London, The ideal candidate will have a proven 2-year experience within residential or commercial property as well as a strong understanding of conveyancing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Working on freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.

Being able to carry out remortgages and refinances including properties in companies.

Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances.

Registration including companies house and Land Registry.

The ability to draft and file SDLT Returns.

Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage.

Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries.

Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees).

Qualifications + Experience:

Educated to degree level

Completed LPC or SQE 1

Minimum 2 years property experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation

Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment

Attention to detail is essential

IT literate

Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and to progress
