Full Time Property Officer
Ray White Wollongong is looking for an organized and energetic Property Officer. You will be assisting the Property Managers with leasing properties whilst learning about all aspects of Property Management.
Duties
Conducting open for inspections, including Saturdays
Processing tenancy applications
Assisting with administrative duties
Preparing lease documents
Conducting routine inspections
Ingoing inspection reports
Requirements
A current real estate certificate/license or willing to work towards obtaining real estate license
A current drivers license and a reliable vehicle
