The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team advising on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border real estate matters. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of real estate matters, including:
- Real estate acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leasing and asset management
- Real estate aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
- Development projects and construction-related matters
- Real estate finance and secured lending transactions
- Due diligence exercises and title investigations
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation
- Advising domestic and international clients on regulatory and structuring issues
Candidate Profile
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Qualification as a lawyer in Greece (or another relevant jurisdiction with strong Greek real estate experience)
- Approximately 4–8+ years’ post-qualification experience, depending on level
- Strong experience in real estate transactions, ideally gained at a leading law firm
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
- Experience working with multinational or institutional clients is highly desirable
- Fluent Greek and English, both written and spoken
