Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid-site role for a property lawyer or a conveyancing manager, located in Brisbane City, QLD. You will be responsible for managing conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing legal documents, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and providing expert advice on property and commercial transactions.
Qualifications
Experience in property law, and managing conveyancing transactions
Ability to prepare and review legal documents and contracts
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in using LEAP.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
