Your new role

As a Senior Property Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members on legal, conveyancing, and practice-related queries.

Oversee work allocation and transactional management across Victoria.

Ensure quality, risk assurance, and compliance with legal standards and best practices.

Manage complex conveyancing transactions and handle overflow work when required.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying new services and enhanced ways of working.

Assist in the development of processes and workflows that integrate legal services with cutting-edge technology.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

To excel in this role, you will bring a combination of legal expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for innovation.

5+ years of PAE in all aspects of property law.

A current unrestricted practicing certificate.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering top-tier legal services.

Strong IT literacy and adaptability to legal technology and digital platforms.

High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.

A proactive, innovative mindset, ready to challenge and refine processes.
