Role Description The Prompt Engineer will work full time on-site in the Pune, collaborating with legal professionals to design, test, and refine AI prompts that support research, drafting, and analysis across the firm’s practice areas. y. The role also includes monitoring AI outputs, evaluating performance metrics, and recommending enhancements to align with both legal requirements and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex legal workflows and transform them into clear, structured prompts.
- Proficiency in working with AI or large language models, including prompt design, testing, and iteration, ideally within professional or research settings.
- Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to draft precise, unambiguous instructions and documentation.
- Familiarity with legal concepts, terminology, or law firm operations; prior experience in legal, compliance, or related domains is an advantage.
- Comfort with technology tools and data handling, including basic understanding of information security, confidentiality, and privacy practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
