In this role, you’ll help deliver engaging, high-impact promotional events for national telecom brands, creating unforgettable customer experiences and driving product awareness.

About the Role
As part of the Promotions & Events Staff, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing, executing, and supporting promotional activities across a range of venues – from community festivals and retail centers to pop-up booths and brand activations.
You’ll work closely with Brand Ambassadors and Sales Representatives to ensure each event runs smoothly, customers are engaged, and the brand is presented at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional displays, signage, and branded materials at various event locations.
- Customer Interaction: Welcome event attendees, distribute flyers and giveaways, and direct them to key product offerings or sales reps.
- Promotional Support: Help maintain a vibrant, welcoming environment that draws in foot traffic and encourages customer interaction.
- Brand Promotion: Actively promote telecom products, services, and current offers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Logistical Support: Keep event stations stocked, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with event team members to meet performance goals and execute seamless promotional campaigns.
- On-Site Problem Solving: Troubleshoot minor setup or engagement issues and ensure brand guidelines are always followed.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

- Experience in retail, promotions, events, or hospitality is a plus, but not required – we provide full training!
