Location: New York
A top #50 Vault and AM ranked international law firm are looking to onboard an Associate into their Energy & Infrastructure practice group. The position will sit in their New York office location.
The market leading practice group are an integrated global team of over 150 attorneys. The team advise on revolutionary projects in energy transition and energy technology and guide clients in the development of some of the most important infrastructure modernization projects that propel communities across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
The role requires:
A minimum of three years in energy and infrastructure project finance.
Experience with project development, project finance and/or energy transactions at a large national or international firm.
Focus on finance and development, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and complex workouts and restructurings of infrastructure assets across the breadth of infrastructure sectors, including power, renewables, and sustainable development.
Experience of lending transactions to act for lenders and borrowers.
Proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload, within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage smaller projects and exhibit strong attention to detail as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
