The firm is seeking US-qualified Project Finance Associates with 3 to 6 years of experience to join its expanding Energy and Infrastructure team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in project development and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex transactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on all aspects of project development and finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
Work on energy and infrastructure projects, representing sponsors, lenders, and government entities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to provide informed legal counsel.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) is essential.
3 to 6 years of experience in project finance, preferably within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
New York bar admission.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
