Job Summary
We are seeking a Channel Contract Program Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of indirect channel contracts. This role will partner closely with Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Commissions teams to manage contract execution, approvals, documentation, and partner communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in contract lifecycle management within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of indirect channel contracts.
- Draft, review, and issue commercial agreements, amendments, and formal notices to external business partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional approvals with Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Commissions teams.
- Respond to contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and partner records in Salesforce CRM and contract management systems.
- Ensure contract templates remain current and compliant with Legal standards.
- Track project timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support process improvements and operational excellence across channel contract programs.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Legal Operations, Corporate Paralegal Support, or Contract Administration.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Salesforce CRM
- AI productivity tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting indirect sales channels, partner programs, or channel operations.
- Telecommunications or technology industry experience.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems and channel contract processes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
