Overview
The Phoenix, AZ office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and between seven (7) and fifteen (15) years of experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers. Admission to the Arizona Bar is required.
Lewis Brisbois’ Professional Liability Practice includes attorneys located across all our offices nationwide. We represent clients through direct engagement or retention via their insurance carriers, including accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, media professionals (cyber law), financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, school districts, municipalities, property and real estate appraisers, brokers, and securities brokers (FINRA).
While prior experience in professional liability law is preferred, we are also interested in developing talented attorneys with excellent litigation skills and a demonstrated interest in professional liability.
