Mission

Who will be responsible of supporting the functions carried out by the legal department.

Responsibilities:

Fulfill the role of Chief Compliance Officer in SAGRILAFT matters for the companies B. Braun Medical S.A., B. Braun Surgical S.A.S and B Braun Business Services.

Conduct enhanced due diligence.

Review alerts generated by the Compliance system.

Provide training to employees of different companies within the group on topics related to Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention.

Fulfill the functions and responsibilities defined in the SAGRILAFT Manual, as Compliance Officer in matters related to SAGRILAFT.

Review and draft Commercial Contracts.

Provide legal opinions as required.

Manage the Legal Case Management (LCM) system.

Upload information to the LCM.

File and control documentation handled by the legal department.

Support in Bidding processes.

Support in corporate matters.

Support in the preparation of reports to the UIAF.

Support in the preparation and review of internal regulations and Compliance policies.

Include information in the IFRS Matrix designed by the Financial department.

Know and comply with the procedures and regulations governing the activities.

Requirements:

Undergraduate in Law

Job experience: 3-5 years in corporate legal departments.

English B2.

Knowledge in agreement drafting and analysis Commercial and Corporate Law.
